Ride Illinois is currently contacting past participating towns and inviting new ones to join in promoting safety for cyclists and motorists, and we’ll be posting updates regularly. If you’d like to volunteer and ask your town to participate, or have some ideas about how you can help encourage your town’s residents to participate in the challenge, email us!
Check our list below to see if your community is participating and when. Then take BikeSafetyQuiz.com and do your part to show others that you care about bicycle safety. Post your selfie with your certificate of completion using #bikesafetyquiz to your to social media accounts, share BikeSafetyQuiz.com with friends, and enter weekly Ride Illinois t-shirt raffle at the end of the quiz!
Ride Illinois will be recognizing the top three participating towns/mayors and award one for the exceptional efforts at the Annual Illinois Bike Summit on September 19, 2016.
